Eleni Lialiamou
Eleni Lialiamou is the Founder of Kimolian.ai and Kimolian Academy, specialising in AI strategy, product innovation, and human–AI teaming. With over 20 years of experience—including senior product leadership roles at Informa Markets and Atypon (Wiley)—she helps organisations adopt AI in practical, measurable ways. Through Kimolian Academy, she has trained more than 105 women in product and applied AI, creating meaningful pathways into tech. Her work has been recognised with the FCEM Greek Leading Woman Entrepreneur 2025 award and the Institute of Leadership (IoL) Funding Award.
She speaks internationally on AI adoption, product strategy, and practical innovation — at London Tech Week, UN CSW70 (New York), LEAP x DeepFest (Riyadh), DSC Europe, FCEM World Congress, and KAUST Accelerator (Saudi Arabia).
