Kontron made AI the centrepiece of its 2025 Sustainable Leadership Academy. 22 senior executives from 8 departments across 3 continents completed six biweekly sessions over 12 weeks, moving through Learn (AI literacy and product thinking), Experiment (prototyping sprints and user testing on real business briefs) and Apply (co-creating prototypes and presenting to senior leadership). Every participant demonstrated a working AI prototype at the graduation in Vienna on 28 May 2025. Participants left using AI as a work partner, making faster data-driven decisions and collaborating across departments and time zones. CFO Dr. Clemens Billek said the programme showed clearly what modern leadership development can achieve.
Six Women Dinners brings together women leaders for intimate, high-impact sessions. Our AI For Leaders workshop replaced theory with real scenarios from participants' own businesses: which AI tools are worth their time, where AI creates value versus hype, and how to start using it this week rather than next quarter. Leaders left with AI tools selected and tested for their role, a clear way to judge hype against value, and immediate next steps. Founder Sandie Bakowski said it made a huge and overwhelming topic feel completely approachable.
