Beyond Experience: Eleni Lialiamou Completes Hatch Enterprise's Sales & Marketing Level Up Labs

Why experienced product leaders keep learning about customers, messaging and sales

“[Your ability to take the product to market is now more important than ever, and speaking the language that your customers understand is what determines your success.]”

We are pleased to share that our founder, Eleni Lialiamou, has graduated from Hatch Enterprise's Sales & Marketing Level Up Labs. The programme ran over a few months, closed with a final masterclass and a graduation, and she completed it with a certificate.

Eleni has spent years in the product world, building, coaching and advising. Why would someone with that experience take on a programme in sales and marketing?

Where Product, Marketing and Sales Meet

Eleni has always believed that great products start with people. That means asking the right questions and listening to what they need.

The same thinking runs through product, marketing and sales. Product asks what problem is being solved, and for whom. Marketing asks how to communicate the value of the solution to the right people. Sales asks what a customer needs and whether the solution fits. All three depend on understanding people.

In the AI era, building is faster than it has ever been. That puts more weight on the question that comes first: who is this for?

    What the Programme Covers

Hatch describes the Sales & Marketing Level Up Lab as a practical programme to help founders attract the right customers, improve sales, sharpen their messaging and build consistent systems for growth.

Hatch's programme page describes three live online masterclasses across three months, alongside optional peer-support sessions and self-paced resources. The sessions cover customer journeys and market positioning, digital marketing and content, and sales strategy, lead generation and converting conversations into customers.

    The Community Around the Programme

Hatch's programme page describes three optional online peer-support sessions, alongside an online community, giving founders space to exchange ideas and learn from different perspectives. Participants also have a programme space on Hatch's community platform, Circle.

After graduating, they move to the alumni side of that community, which Hatch describes as a space to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, share wins and exchange opportunities.

    Why It Matters

Eleni leads Kimolian, where she works with businesses and trains women in AI and product. Completing the programme adds to her years of experience and brings her into Hatch's alumni community of entrepreneurs, which widens the circle of people she can share that experience with.

However much you know, another point of view can sharpen it. Sharing knowledge well means continuing to develop it.

Congratulations, Eleni, and thank you to Hatch Enterprise for the opportunity and for a community where founders exchange ideas, learn from one another and find alternative ways to pitch what they have built.
