Building Live in Athens with Lovable

Building Live in Athens with Lovable

"It's always a pleasure to listen to Eleni Lialiamou in presentations: you gain a lot from her thinking, her knowledge and her enthusiasm."

    Athens showed up ready.

At ECDM Expo SEE, Eleni Lialiamou, founder of Kimolian.AI, ran a Lovable session delivered entirely in Greek. More than 50 people came, not to watch, not to take notes, but to build. The energy made that clear from the start.

    What Happened

The session was hands-on from the beginning. Eleni led the workshop live, building a bilingual app in front of the audience, in real time, in Greek. The app was designed to help parents plan and schedule every aspect of their children's parties.

What that format produces is different from a standard presentation. People are not watching a finished thing. They are watching something come together, which means they start thinking about what they would build themselves.

That showed up in the questions. The one that kept coming back was not about capability. It was not "can Lovable do this?" It was something more useful: "How do I work with Lovable as if it were my co-founder?"

That is a different kind of question. It assumes the tool works. It asks about the relationship.

    The Conversation That Matters

That shift, from what AI can do to how you work alongside it, is where Eleni and Kimolian.AI operate. Not replacing people. Building systems that understand how you think, work and make decisions.

A commercial marketing audience in SE Europe asking that question, out loud, is not a small thing. These are professionals with immediate practical needs. When they stop asking about features and start asking about how to think with a tool, the conversation has moved somewhere more valuable.

    The Keynote

Alongside the workshop, Eleni delivered a keynote on AI as a business operating system. The central argument was direct: most businesses are using AI as an assistant. Useful, capable, available, but with no memory of the business, no context, and no accumulated understanding of what makes it distinct.

The keynote laid out three levels of AI relationship. The Assistant does what you ask and nothing more. The Critical Friend asks the question behind the question. The Strategic Thinker holds your brand, your positioning, your audience, and gets sharper about your business over time.

That progression is what Athena, Kimolian.AI's own AI agent built on Claude, was designed to make possible. Not a faster tool. A system that knows what your customers fear, how you sound, what you have decided and why, and builds on that context every time you use it.

For a commercial marketing audience in SE Europe, that framing landed on familiar ground. The question of what AI actually knows about your business is not abstract for people who run brands and campaigns. It is immediate and practical.

    Familiar Faces, New Ground

Part of what made Athens memorable was who was there. Several Kimolian Academy members showed up, Mina Iliovits, Maria Troullinou, Roy Filou, Chrisa Klempetsani, and Lina Kiriakou, participating alongside new faces encountering Lovable for the first time.

One attendee noted afterwards that what stays with you from Eleni's sessions is not just the content. It is the way the thinking is organised, the clarity, the knowledge, the enthusiasm that makes complex ideas easier to absorb.

    Why It Matters

This was the first Lovable workshop run in Greece. For Kimolian.AI, Eleni showing up at ECDM Expo SEE with a commercial marketing and retail audience across SE Europe is part of a longer arc, building presence in a region where the appetite for practical AI is real and growing.

Athens did not disappoint. Neither did the questions it asked.
