    When Coaches Talk About AI

"Being part of the Business Growth Coaches Network feels like being part of a group of superheroes. Each coach with their individual power."

    The Coaches Behind the Conversation

The Business Growth Coaches Network is not the kind of community that makes a lot of noise publicly. It brings together professional coaches from different disciplines and backgrounds, people who think carefully about judgement, ethics, and the human side of their work.

When AI comes up in a room like that, it lands differently. The conversation is not about tools and features. It is about what those tools mean for the people they serve and the decisions they help others make.

Kimolian.AI has been part of those conversations, running workshops for BGCN members that go beyond the basics — not just what AI can do, but how to use it in ways that are considered, practical, and genuinely useful for the work coaches do every day.

    What Happens in the Room

The coaches who show up to these workshops are not beginners. Many already have experience with AI and a working confidence with the tools available to them. What the workshops offer is not an introduction. It is a shift in how those tools get used.

Carl Day, Director at Charlie Delta Limited and a BGCN member who participated in two of Kimolian.AI's workshops, is a good example of what that shift can look like. He came in with existing knowledge and left with a different way of working. of working.

NotebookLM became a tool he started using in ways he had not previously considered — grounding his work in curated sources he could trust, rather than relying on outputs he had no way to verify. He moved away from single chat interactions and toward context and project-based workflows, particularly with ChatGPT and Claude. He added HeyGen for video creation.

Taken together, these changes saved him time and made his output more effective — across both his business and his personal projects.

    Why These Rooms Matter

The results Carl experienced did not come from the tools alone. They came from being in a community where those tools get discussed seriously, tested honestly, and applied with care.

That is the kind of environment Kimolian.AI is built to work within. Coaches, educators, and professionals who are not just curious about what AI can do, but thoughtful about how and when it should be used.

The Business Growth Coaches Network is exactly that kind of community. Showing up there, running workshops, being part of those conversations — that is part of how Kimolian.AI builds the relationships that matter.
