Productised with AI: Building an AI-Enabled Service
by Favour Patrick ·

“We are testing, questioning, changing things and learning as we go.”
Maria Reid, Women in Business Coaching
Is your AI more human than mine? It’s a playful question with a serious point behind it. Many of us have moved on from wondering whether to use AI at all, and now want to know how to use it in our own services without losing our voice, values and authenticity.
That is the question our founder, Eleni Lialiamou, raised ahead of Productised with AI, a LinkedIn Live on Maria Reid’s Women in Business Coaching page, where she joined Maria to talk about building an AI-enabled service. It was a half-hour conversation for coaches and consultants who want to turn a personal service into something repeatable.
What Does an AI-Enabled Service Look Like for a Coach?
The starting point was a set of resources Maria already had: video recordings, spreadsheets, PDF workbooks and her own coaching angle. Her work with Eleni has been about turning that kind of static material into interactive tools. Instead of handing people more information, the tools guide them through strategic decisions and help them reach higher-quality outputs.
The live was set up as a look behind the scenes at that work in progress. It came with an invitation to borrow ideas for their own services and to think about what might become possible in them.
How Do You Apply Product Design to a Coaching Method?
That is where product design comes in. Eleni has brought product-design principles to Maria’s coaching methodology, and the conversation was built around that process: what they have built so far, what hasn’t worked as expected, and how AI is being used to strengthen human expertise. Maria has been open that the work is still being tested and changed as they go, and she chose to invite her audience behind the scenes rather than wait for a polished result.
Alongside that, the conversation set out to look at what goes into building an AI agent, where AI adds real value in delivering a service, and how to structure that value so it can scale.
Where Does the Human Touch Fit?
Eleni has noticed the conversation around AI agents moving on from removing friction to staying true to your values and identity while you use them. AI can fill real gaps in a service, but it works alongside the human touch that makes that service trustworthy. Maria’s framing of the live came at it from the other side: what becomes even more valuable because it stays distinctly human.
Why Conversations Like This Matter to Us
Helping coaches and consultants turn their own method into an AI-enabled service is part of the work we do at Kimolian. When a practitioner’s method becomes something clients can use on their own, her expertise reaches further, and the judgement behind it stays hers.
Thank you to Maria Reid and Women in Business Coaching for hosting, and to everyone who joined the conversation.
